Late Shri. Satish Haware
Haware Engineers and Builders Pvt. Ltd. has been consistently championing the effort to offer
housing to all strata of society. The seed of this vision was sown by the visionary founder
Chairman & Managing director of the company, late Shri. Satish Haware. Having come from a
humble background and having seen the housing related challenges of the common man from
close quarters, he took it upon himself to resolve this problem.
From these experiences emerged “Haware Engineers and Builders Pvt Ltd”, the organization
which is taking giant strides in the affordable housing space powered by the vision of Shri.
Satish Haware. The organisation has successfully executed multiple projects with many more
being in the pipeline. We, at Haware Engineers & Builders Pvt. Ltd., would always be
inspired by to late Shri. Satish Haware and his vision and promise to take his mission
ahead.
Satish Haware, the man who changed the face of real estate in Maharashtra with his innovative Affordable Housing projects. To fulfill a dream of providing housing to every strata of the society, he founded Haware Engineers & Builders Pvt. Ltd.
His untimely demise on 8th May 2005 shook the masses, but there was one person, greatly inspired by his ideology, who didn't let the vision of her husband shatter. Just 12 days after her husband's sad demise, Mrs. Ujjwala Satish Haware took over the responsibilities of Haware business.
Her contribution in real estate industry for over 20 years, speaks of her excellence. Due to her resilience and determination, she has been felicitated by the former President of India, APJ Abdul Kalam. Her qualities like integrity, honesty, discipline and humility in business has made her won many accolades such as Rashtriya Ratna, Udyog Ratna, etc. On september 2021, she was honoured with “The Entrepreneur of the year award” by Zee Business Excellence Awards.
Ujjwala Haware, a mother and a wife with her persistent efforts became the “Woman Entrepreneur” who rules the male dominated real estate industry.
